SHIPPING POLICY

Standard processing time is between 2-5 business days, Monday through Saturday 9am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process orders on Sunday's or holidays. Please allow 5-7 days processing time for custom/colored wigs.

 

Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

Please note, processing time may be extended to 7-10 business days during high volume sales - Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Boxing Day 

SHIPPING TIMES

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

HAIR, WIGS and BUNDLES

We will only accept refunds or exchanges for the same product or of same value if there is an evident manufacturing defect, such as style, hair material, length or color does not match the description or your purchase order. Items must be returned in original, condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging).

PLEASE NOTE ALL CUSTOM ORDERS AND COLORED WIGS /BUNDLES ARE FINAL SALE.

 

 

Request for refunds or exchange can only be made 2 days after the item was delivered or purchased.  After the return request has been authorized, the package can be shipped to the address we gave you.

 

Kindly send us an email with your order number and returned package tracking number. All returned shipping are at the buyer's expense.

OTHER PRODUCTS.

Refund or exchanges can be made up to 7 days after purchasing the product.  Product must be unworn and in the original packaging upon return. RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS.
